Bollywood heartthrob Arjun Rampal has put years of speculation to rest by confirming his engagement to his long-time partner, model and fashion designer Gabriella Demetriades. The couple, who have built a strong family over their six years of togetherness and share two sons, made the spontaneous announcement on a recent podcast.
The revelation was accompanied by a humorous, candid admission from the actor about the very beginning of their relationship, which has quickly gone viral.
A Surprise Reveal on the Podcast
The engagement news was broken casually during their appearance on actress Rhea Chakraborty’s podcast. While discussing the possibility of marriage, Gabriella remarked, "We are not married now, but who knows?"
Arjun Rampal immediately jumped in to correct her, stating, "We are engaged! We just broke it on your show," catching both the host and listeners by surprise.

During the same conversation, the couple reflected on their journey and what initially drew them together. Gabriella shared that she hadn’t approached Rampal for his looks and hoped he felt the same.
