A controversial new exhibition in New York City is drawing massive public attention after displaying nearly 3.5 million pages of documents related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including material highlighting his long-documented relationship with former US President Donald Trump.
The temporary installation, titled the “Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey Epstein Memorial Reading Room,” has opened in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan and features thousands of bound volumes containing documents released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
The exhibition was organised by the nonprofit Institute for Primary Facts and aims to provide public access to the vast archive of files released earlier this year by the US Department of Justice. According to organisers, the display contains around 3,437 physical volumes weighing nearly 17,000 pounds in total.
Exhibition Highlights Trump-Epstein Relationship
One of the most discussed sections of the exhibit is a detailed timeline outlining the relationship between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein over several decades. The timeline reportedly traces their association from the late 1980s through the early 2000s, including social interactions, public appearances and references found within the released files.
The exhibition does not accuse Trump of criminal wrongdoing, but organisers say the goal is to visually present the scale of Epstein’s network and the connections documented in official records.

According to reports, candles and memorial displays have also been installed to honour Epstein’s victims and survivors.
What Are The Epstein Files?
The Epstein files are a massive collection of court records, emails, contact books, investigation documents, videos and images connected to Jeffrey Epstein and his associates. Earlier this year, the US Department of Justice released more than 3 million additional pages in compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act signed into law in late 2025.
The Justice Department stated that the final release included:
- Over 3 million pages of records
- Around 180,000 images
- More than 2,000 videos
The files stem from multiple investigations involving Epstein, including cases in New York and Florida, federal investigations and inquiries into Epstein’s death.
Public And Political Reactions
The New York exhibit has quickly gone viral online, with social media users praising the unusual attempt to physically present the enormous scale of the Epstein archive. Some users described the installation as a major statement on transparency and accountability.
At the same time, the exhibit has reignited political debate surrounding Trump’s past association with Epstein. Critics argue that public scrutiny of elite networks and influential figures connected to Epstein remains important, while Trump supporters insist that no evidence directly implicates him in Epstein’s crimes.
A spokesperson quoted in reports defended Trump, claiming he had been “totally exonerated” in relation to Epstein-related allegations.
Open to the Public By Appointment
The reading room is reportedly open to visitors by prior registration and will remain active for a limited duration in May. Organisers say the project was designed to make the scale of the Epstein files impossible to ignore in physical form.
The installation comes amid continuing public interest in the Epstein case and ongoing debate over transparency, elite influence and the handling of the released documents by US authorities.
