Child welfare is still a big concern in such cases. The police are asking for anyone with information on the baby and its parents to come forward and help the investigation. They said every child deserves safety, care, and protection and that leaving an infant is a serious offense under Indian law.
The rescued child is currently safe and officials are working with child protection authorities to ensure proper care until the parents or guardians are identified. The child would be protected under child welfare rules if no members of the family could be traced.
Child abandonment is a topic of concern regarding social awareness, accessibility to support services, and community responsibility. Police have assured the public that they are in full harmony with the family of the child and the situation of the child.
The police remain hopeful that the investigation will soon lead the parents or guardians to the child to receive the care and support every child needs.
