A teacher was brutally attacked in a school in Haryana's Faridabad in a shocking attack and stabbed multiple times in an attack which has raised questions about safety in educational institutions.
Police have arrested the accused and said the attack appears to have been motivated by a molestation complaint against him, a police official said.
The attack took place on the school campus during staff work hours, causing panic in the school among teachers, students, and other staff members, investigators said. The attacker had entered the building with a sharp weapon and targeted the teacher, they said, and there were cries for safety from the students and staff.
