The Incident According to police accounts, unknown assailants arrived at Khan Global Studies centre on Tuesday night. What started as vandalism became violent; the security guard on duty was brutally assaulted and suffered severe head injuries. Khan Sir later said that, from the guard’s account, it was mostly a case of severe physical assault, but the attackers threatened to blow up the institute within two days.

The injured guard is in a local hospital and is being treated. Students Demand Justice By Wednesday morning, a huge crowd of students had gathered outside the locked gates of the coaching centre. Chanting “We want justice! We want security!” the aspirants demanded immediate action from the administration.

Who is behind the attack? Khan Sir suggests there is a big conspiracy behind the attack and points fingers at rival coaching centres. He claimed it’s because of professional jealousy on the “massive results” his students produce at extremely “low fees”.

“It’s jealousy. It's a nexus. The main issue is why we are teaching for such low fees and getting such massive results. The poor also have the right to study," Khan Sir told media outlets.

Police Response Police have registered an FIR and are checking CCTV footage from 20 cameras installed on the premises. Patna SP City Diksha confirmed that 10 to 12 individuals have been identified in connection with the attack, adding that the suspects appear to be connected with a coaching centre located across the street.

Heavy security has been deployed in the area to prevent any further untoward incidents as the investigation continues.
