A shocking incident of violence has reportedly come from Ahmedabad’s Saraspur locality where an employee of Ajanta tea and parlor was brutally assaulted after a heated argument with a amen who came to the shop in a car.
The victim got serious injuries in the attack and was taken to Ahmedabad -s civil hospital in 108 ambulance for immediate medical treatment .
The incident took place at Ajanta tea and parlor in Saraspur . Akram Khan, the victim was doing cleaning work at the establishment when lalu arrived there in car.
A fight reportedly broke out after the car occupant tried to get the employee’s attention but got no response. What started as a verbal spat soon turned into a violent fight when the accused lost his temper and attacked the employee .
The attacker assaulted Akram Khan physically and then used a wooden stick and steel pipe to beat him. The employee was seriously injured in the attack and panic spread around the area.
The violence wasn’t over when the physical attack ended. The accused also allegedly vandalised the tea parlour (broken glass inside), damaging property there as well. Local residents and shopkeepers are now worried about people working in commercial establishments being safe.

The injured employee was immediately given first aid after the attack. A 108 ambulance was called to the spot and Akram Khan was taken to Civil Hospital Ahmedabad where he was admitted for treatment as he had been seriously injured in the assault and needed immediate medical attention.
The incident has also generated some attention as CCTV footage of the assault allegedly surfaced. The footage will throw light on how the confrontation took place and what sequence of events led to attack. Police have also taken action in connection with the incident.
Sources said personnel of Sheherkotda police station have started legal proceedings against accused Lalu. The accused was absconding after the incident and more action is expected once investigation is completed.
The police investigation will look at what started the argument, what kind of assault was committed and how much damage was done to the tea parlour. CCTV footage and statements from people who were in the area could also help them establish the sequence of events.
