The Allegations
The complainant, who works as a domestic aide for several high-profile residents in the Versova region, said she met Khan in 2015. She said that Khan had been in a close relationship with her and had previously promised to marry her. According to her, they had intercourse over the following decade at her house and his house in Versova. The victim claimed that whenever she mentioned marriage, Khan would repeatedly postpone the promise and finally refused to marry her entirely in early January 2026.
Police Action and Jurisdiction
The case was initially reported at the Versova Police Station. However, since the first alleged incident fell under the jurisdiction of Malvani Police, a "Zero FIR" was filed and referred to the Malvani authorities for investigation.
Nadeem Khan was arrested on Thursday, January 22, 2026. He is still under police custody as investigations are ongoing.
