Bollywood actress Adah Sharma, so known across Kannada society as such, who once again brought us a great laugh on social media when she answered an odd question during a conversation.
Adah Sharma appeared in Kannada film Rana Vikrama with Puneeth Rajkumar. She has filmed many movies in different nations from the acting through her years but had so much affection and admiration for the film The Kerala Story and worked throughout which she was well promoted for her work in her late career.
Adah is well involved with social media and usually creates, posts, videos and workshops. And recently she held an “Ask Me Anything” session where fans could directly ask her questions. So well received the answer she got so it was great. There was another user who asked about her “size” which did really get her mad.
Adah Sharma was not going to take criticism in the comments: she would laugh and joke it off with humor and a clear line of thinking. “Size 9, my shoe size,” she said to the question and shut it down without any anger or resistance it gave you an idea. She kept the point of the question in hiding not only skillfully, with a clear understanding of the question but also a very bright presence of mind.
Then the actress had to reply with an approach that indicated to me that she wasn’t feeling it either. Her answer was loved on social media by fans and social users and she got a lot of thanks from them and praised from them that she did actually answer the question and that they were proud.
For most celebrities, they’re confronted with this sort of problem on social media and are often uncomfortable and even rude or bad in that arena. With Adah Sharma, she didn’t take the problem up at all by being rude, unlike that of other stars.
Adah’s reply has led to online etiquette debates about how people treat public figures and respect in public interaction. It is also a nice compliment when people realize not only that such commentary has been out of character and she is raising awareness by telling others we ought to stop it in a respectful way going forward.
Her tone also shows us a fundamental characteristic of digital culture– in public when there are bad things to say, they are able and able to stay positive, and their bad habits will not go out of them and in public is difficult when you just have nothing else to do with.
Adah Sharma lives in films and social media so performances like this underscore not only her acting ability, but also her willingness to stand firm. People really do like her, perhaps even more than before.
