Sonam Kapoor and husband Anand Ahuja have welcomed their second baby boy, another bundle of joy for their growing family. The couple, who already had Vayu Kapoor Ahuja, said to their fans, well-wishers and friends, as it was all of them who wished happy news for them.
In a statement, the family said little Vayu is “overjoyed” to become an elder brother. The news also brought warm wishes by friends and fans and many film stars, who wrote letters on the newborn’s condition that it would be loved deeply.
Sonam and Anand announced in 2018 their wedding and have been posting about their individual life on social media, where they celebrate life’s pleasures with their followers. It’s only since their first child, Vayu, was born in 2022 that the couple welcomed parenting with the care, the joys and struggles in it.
Though the couple has not yet announced the name of their newborn yet, sources close to the family say both mother and baby alike are well. The Kapoor and Ahuja household members seem to find it very entertaining to welcome in the new addition and also take the baby home.
Sonam Kapoor is, of course, an actress who was part of Neerja like this, Raanjhanaa, etc.. Yet she mostly stays on the private side in between acting and her family life, and now is waiting on her professional comeback.
Hence, the new couple’s happy news has once again attracted the attention of one of Bollywood’s most loved families in a joyful new beginning.
