Recently, a truly scary incident in southeastern America got underway in a Whole Foods store where a man was filmed taking a video of customers whose behaviour would cause them shock and distress, and it's something our city needs very soon, in that and other cities of the world.
According to investigators and witnesses, the suspect dropped his pants and tried to pull a woman onto the floor, and everybody else looked at him in disbelief. Such an act of indecency has raised fears about public safety at retail shops and for shoppers and store employees as well. They did some of it, so I suspect that such a criminal activity is very bad, but the law enforcement officers have been taking a more careful look; these types of activities would cause great harm and will need to be watched and paid off in the store.
Police and investigators did take a hard look and discovered the culprit they were looking for. Police officials now take this matter very seriously and intend to bring it to justice. As for the vulnerable woman involved in this regrettable episode, no actual info about how she is suffering and her current situation has been released to the public. There has been no official notification and no official public statement given about her well-being post-crime and it leaves people wondering how the mental damage of getting assaulted at the time has been psychologically affected. That’s because these are not normal kind of things to do, but serious crimes indecent exposure and assault, that will lead to serious sentences in court.
Such incidents are compounded by people’s growing anxiety in public space to the point of psychosis in fast-paced retail settings where unexpected activity can become an obstacle to store safety and to the security of not only the people working there but people they can be in there to work with. Security measures need to be strengthened and staff and patrons must be aware as a new year approaches. Some community members are calling for increased safety surveillance, training for employees on how that might occur, and appropriate precautions in place for the job.
And officials assure the public they have their heads up, “we are taking serious actions and will be taking legal action as soon as the suspect is identified.” An assurance to achieve justice on a broader level is part of everything about shopping and what’s happening to people in public venues. “We want people in society just to know the right security” with such kind of safety, so now they are ready when it comes to what happens.
