The UAE lottery has announced the first ever winner of its Dh30 million grand prize since the new Lucky Day draw format was introduced in the new Lucky Day since the new design for the lottery is a successful one, with the first-ever winner having been announced today. The historic win for the Eid Al Adha special draw of the week-long special draw on Wednesday night.
The winner was partially identified as 'Tayab K**' on the official UAE Lottery website, which is the operator’s long-standing policy of only revealing very limited details of winners of the big prizes at first. The lottery operator has not yet revealed the winner's nationality, profession, or other personal background information.
The life-changing jackpot was confirmed on Lucky Day Draw No. 260527 on Wednesday as part of the twice-weekly draw system launched in late 2025. Because the draw was on Eid al-Adha, it was even more special for the community.

Like the last big winners, the UAE Lottery also revealed the partial identity of the winner on a special “Super Win” graphic on its official website. The same approach was used when the operator announced the historic Dh100 million jackpot winner from the old draw format and the first Dh5 million second prize winner under the new Lucky Day system earlier this year.
The winning numbers in the Days section for Draw No. 260527 were 20, 9, 4, 22, 24, and 18, and the winning Month number was 8. To win the Dh30 million grand prize, one must match all six numbers in the Days section and the Month number.
Apart from the Grand Prize winner, three other participants won Dh50,000 each through the guaranteed Lucky Chance ID raffle category. CI5957759, DN9074079 and DC7968428 were the winning IDs. Venkate J, Ibrahim I and Petru O were partially revealed as their names.
Interestingly, the Dh5 million second prize went unclaimed during this draw. The big jackpot win, however, was one of the highlights of the evening and brought a whole lot of fun to the Eid Al Adha celebration in the UAE.
The current Lucky Day format was created after the UAE Lottery changed its structure in December 2025. In this new system, the jackpot was reduced from Dh100 million to Dh30 million and prize categories and winning opportunities were extended. Now the lottery holds draws twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Each Lucky Day ticket costs Dh50, including 5 per cent VAT. Each ticket automatically puts a player into the Lucky Chance raffle, and 3 guaranteed winners receive Dh50,000 in each draw.
The UAE Lottery is run by The Game LLC and regulated by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority of the UAE. Only UAE residents aged 18 years and above are eligible to enter and claim prizes.
Details of the Dh30 million winner will come out during the following days, the lottery operator said. And another Lucky Day draw is scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026, giving participants another chance to win life-changing cash prizes next week.
