The new reporting system is designed to make it easier for citizens to call in the U.S. authorities in case they suspect that fraud is involved in visa applications. The Department of State says a person should provide as much complete and relevant information as possible.
The reporting system covers alleged fraud or misuse of US visas. That may involve information about likely fraudulent applications, misuse of visas or other things that might violate US immigration laws. Anonymous Reporting Available

On September 18, 2026, the State Department expanded the online presence reviews to other nonimmigrant visa categories like I visas for foreign media representatives and TN and TD visas under the USMCA framework. The expanded review is scheduled to take effect October 1.
