A heartbreaking case has prompted public outrage after a 21-year-old man died in his parents’ arms when the oxygen supply in a government-run ambulance ran out while he was being transported to a hospital.
Emergency medical services and the preparedness of public health infrastructure have again been raised in a very concerning manner.
