Bengaluru: Karnataka air travellers who are travelling to Rajasthan are excited about the launch of daily non-stop flights from Bengaluru to Jaipur, starting from October 11, 2026. In addition, it will be an excellent way of driving business travellers, tourists and professionals to Bengaluru and Rajasthan. The new route will allow business travellers, tourists and professionals travelling between Karnataka and Rajasthan for work to enjoy the new service.
The move comes as Akasa Air is expanding its rapidly growing domestic network, and Jaipur will be the airline’s 29th destination in India. This is aimed at connecting Rajasthan's capital city with major metropolitan cities, including Bengaluru and Mumbai.
Boost for Business and Tourism
The new direct service should benefit thousands of passengers, especially Bengaluru’s IT workers, entrepreneurs and leisure travellers who typically travel to Jaipur for business meetings, tourism and family travel.
Until now, people had to rely on connecting flights, which made travel longer and less convenient. With a non-stop service, travel time is reduced, and flexibility is improved for travellers.
Jaipur, also known as the Pink City, is one of India’s most visited tourist destinations. It is home to well-known places such as Hawa Mahal, Amber Fort, City Palace and Jantar Mantar, attracting millions of foreign and domestic visitors each year.
Another Rajasthan Connection from Bengaluru
Akasa Air is not stopping at Jaipur. The airline also announced that it will begin direct flights between Bengaluru and Udaipur from October 15, 2026.
Udaipur, often referred to as the City of Lakes, is one of Rajasthan’s most popular holiday destinations, known for its royal palaces, scenic lakes and heritage architecture.
With direct access to both Jaipur and Udaipur, travellers from Bengaluru will now have easier access to two of Rajasthan's major tourism and business hubs.

The addition of Jaipur and Udaipur is part of Akasa Air’s strategy to expand its footprint across key Indian cities while providing affordable and convenient travel options.
