Nakrekal, Telangana has just got an example where a family became ill after eating biryani from Paradise Biryani shop. But one incident that comes to mind is in that parcel of biryani, there is a cockroach in the box where things go wrong.
This was where the family had ordered takeaway biryani from a hotel and were eating at home. And after the meal, a cockroach has landed in the food which made them sick and panic. Four of the family members who received infected food have now shown signs of illness of nausea and discomfort and went to the hospital.
There are hospital visits for injuries in nearby hospitals and all were treated and the patients are in stable condition. But the locals are now upset and demanding action against hotel officials for their own malpractice.

Now the family has filed a complaint with police as well, saying the restaurant has compromised hygiene and health risk. Police will be able to intervene and look into it. To verify cleanliness and food and handling, the food safety officials may conduct inspections, too, they said.
They say food hygiene is very important for food preparation and delivery since most restaurants have very many clientele in a day, it is a concern. So food poisoning, there can be all kinds of diseases, all forms such as cancer.
For consumers the case does point to how much we should be careful about when we order food and that is takeaway, as well. Checking if food quality is the order before or after and having alerts are important to keep such food outbreak from happening again."
