Two men running the Juice Shop Khushi Juice Centre are believed to be mixing urine and juice served to the public. For the people living in the city, it is shocking and worries about food safety.
The shop employed Aamir Khan and a minor helper named Kaif. A customer saw one of them secretly pour urine into a juice bottle. The customer told the men who were embarrassed by this and soon there was a crowd at the shop.
Both accused were beaten by locals and brought to police. Police seized a plastic can filled with urine from the shop and detectives were found with these people during the investigation. The accused failed to provide any explanation for their actions when questioned.
The village’s reaction was one of public anger. People were shocked and ashamed to this day and ordered severe punishment to the accused. There are still other shops in that neighborhood that do this type of thing, people say, and it has been suggested to the authorities that they need to pursue an investigation into this matter.
Videos of the confrontation were quickly shared on social media, adding to the outrage in the public. Food safety checks should be strengthened in the future - community leaders and activists said so that such horror wouldn’t happen again.

That is why we want to ensure public health and safety and the city is in good hands if such things happen: it has got the community to watch for its members’ well-being, they have to be watching closely.
