A major incident was reportedly averted in Indore late at night after locals and members of Bajrang Dal intercepted a suspicious bus moving in a deserted area.
According to reports, the bus, which usually operates between Sarwate Bus Stand and Khargone, was seen roaming off its regular route around 2 AM. The unusual movement of the bus in a secluded location raised suspicion among local residents.
Concerned locals along with Bajrang Dal workers stopped the vehicle and checked inside. During the inspection, four men were reportedly found in the bus along with a woman. The woman allegedly told those present that she had been abducted and forced into the bus while she was travelling to visit her sister in Jalgaon in Maharashtra.

Following the intervention, police were immediately alerted. Authorities reached the spot, detained the four men, and took them into custody for questioning. Police officials said an investigation has been launched to verify the woman’s claims and determine the exact circumstances of the incident.
The case has also sparked concerns about night security and patrolling in parts of Indore, especially in areas where suspicious activity may go unnoticed during late hours.
