This year, a total of 80,535 students from the Arts, Commerce, and Science streams appeared for the Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2. Out of them, 36,764 students successfully cleared the examination.

The results were released online by the board as part of the supplementary examination process conducted for students seeking improvement or another opportunity to pass the Class 12 board examination.

Students Scoring Above 85%

A total of 62 students secured distinction-level marks by scoring above 85 per cent in the examination.

First Class Performance

Around 8,086 students achieved first class by securing marks between 60 per cent and 85 per cent.

Second Class Results

The second class category, which includes students scoring between 50 per cent and 60 per cent, recorded 16,940 successful candidates.

Students Below 50%

Meanwhile, 11,676 students passed with less than 50 per cent marks.

Freshers, Repeaters and Private Candidates Performance

The board also released separate data for fresh candidates, repeaters, and private students.

Fresh Candidates

Out of 80,535 fresh candidates who appeared for the examination, 36,764 students passed successfully.

Repeaters

Among 34,419 repeater candidates who took the exam, 10,279 students managed to clear it.

Private Candidates

In the private category, 5,456 students appeared for the examination, while 1,562 candidates passed.
