According to the CCTV footage, the speeding car suddenly spun out of control and struck a pedestrian walking near the roadside. The force of the collision threw the pedestrian into the air before the vehicle continued moving forward.

After hitting the pedestrian, the car crashed into several parked vehicles, including a pickup truck and a motorcycle. The vehicle continued its path of destruction before finally crashing into a tile showroom at the bus stand.

The incident created panic among residents and shopkeepers in the area. A few people rushed to the accident site immediately after hearing the loud impact. People gathered around the damaged vehicles and tried to help those injured in the crash.

Three persons were seriously injured in the accident, police said. The injured victims were treated and sent to Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Medical College in Nalhar for further treatment.

After the accident, police officers arrived on the spot and opened investigations into the incident. A case has been registered and the police are investigating, examining CCTV footage from the area to determine the exact sequence of events.

There is some indication that excessive speed contributed to the crash at the time of the collision, but more details are still being gathered, which, according to the authorities, will not be known until the investigation is complete and results have been provided.

The CCTV footage will provide clues on the driver’s actions in the moments before the collision.

Speed and careless driving are still causing road accidents in many parts of Haryana. Drivers should follow the speed limit, keep an eye on the road, and take care of their vehicles in the presence of the crowd, especially in markets and bus stops where people are rushing to reach them.

The Chharoda Bus Stand accident again shows how road safety measures, pedestrian awareness, and enforcement of traffic rules need to be taken to prevent such accidents in the future.

The accident investigators have asked people who witnessed it to share information that will help in the current investigation.
