The people of Bihar used the platform to call for structural change, he said, and Bihar’s political system has to take care of the most fundamental development issues in education, widespread employment generation, corruption control, and distress migration. He said so many young people would not want to leave their home state to seek low-wage opportunities elsewhere in the world and it is imperative to address these basic issues.
