He is already embroiled in a high-profile investigation of murder, yet faced a serious legal problem when a fresh case with POCSO Act registration was opened against him.

As Bhat awaited a reprieve in his legal battles, another complaint was lodged at the Siddapur Police Station in Uttara Kannada district.
