Brendan Taylor Creates ODI History
Zimbabwe's Brendan Taylor also achieved a significant milestone in the match. By playing against Australia, Taylor became the longest-serving ODI player in the history of ODI cricket, surpassing Sachin Tendulkar's previous mark for the longest period of time. This match took Taylor's career in international ODI cricket to more than 22 years.
The veteran’s return also provides experience to a Zimbabwe side that is in training for an intense ODI schedule.
