Since the finale segments and winner announcements are kept tightly guarded secrets, pausing the live feed keeps the suspense intact for the mega-broadcast set for Saturday and Sunday.
In the spirit of Emotional Reconciliation: Gilli and Ashwini
While the finale is tense, the house had a touching experience recently, during a “Fire Camp” activity in the garden. The contestants were invited to consider moments they didn’t like in the season. Gilli Nata made use of the opportunity to apologize sincerely to Ashwini Gowda. “I lost my temper and addressed you disrespectfully (using ‘Hoge-Bare’) during our heated arguments,” Gilli said.
“Looking back now, I feel terrible. You're older than me, I shouldn't have crossed that line. I am so sorry for the pain, you feel so much hurt....”. A Lesson learned: Ashwini’s response. Ashwini thanked the apology gracefully, and the moment was one of mutual respect. She thanked Gilli for showing her a valuable lesson.
