Honda QC3 is the third electric scooter in India with QC1 and Activa e:. The QC3 is a higher-end electric scooter with a larger battery and longer claimed range, in line with customers in need of a more versatile daily-use EV. Honda focused on the market with the scooter for family use and city use, and even the bikes were designed to be easier to ride in general.

Honda QC3 Price And Availability

The new Honda QC3 is priced at Rs 1,35,000 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). Honda has started bookings for the electric scooter with a token amount of Rs 5,000. Initially, the QC3 will be available through selected Honda RedWing dealerships in Delhi, Agra, Cuttack, Surat and Kollam.

The limited-city availability is part of Honda's phased approach to expanding its electric two-wheeler portfolio. Early customers will be able to order the scooter from authorised dealerships, while wider availability can be expected as Honda expands its EV operations.

145km Range From 3kWh Battery

One of the biggest highlights of the Honda QC3 is its battery and range. The electric scooter has a 3.0kWh fixed battery pack and is claimed to have a 145km IDC range on a full charge. It is also the longest-range electric scooter in Honda's current Indian portfolio.

The QC3's claimed range gives urban riders an advantage in terms of reducing the frequency of charging. However, the IDC figure is a certified test-cycle figure, and the actual range will vary depending on riding conditions, speed, traffic, rider weight and use of electrical features.

Honda has also equipped the QC3 with fast-charging capability. The company says the battery can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes, while a complete 0-100 percent charge takes approximately 4 hours.

32-Litre Storage And Smart Key

The QC3 is intended as a family scooter, and storage is one of the key features. It has 32 litres of under-seat storage for riders so they can carry bags, shopping supplies and other essentials. Honda’s own product information also indicates this is the largest under-seat storage capacity among its electric scooters.

The scooter also has a Smart Key for everyday use. The combination of storage and keyless functionality is aimed at buyers who prioritize practicality alongside electric performance.

5-Inch TFT Display With Honda RoadSync

Technology is also a big part of the Honda QC3. The scooter has a 5-inch TFT display with Honda RoadSync connectivity. The connected system supports features such as turn-by-turn navigation, allowing riders to receive navigation guidance while traveling through city streets.

The addition of a colour TFT display gives the QC3 a more premium technology package compared with Honda’s entry-level electric offering. Smartphone connectivity and navigation for everyday commuters is particularly useful for exploring different parts of a city.

Honda QC3 Design And Colours

Honda has designed the QC3 as a family-oriented electric scooter, with an upright riding position and practical proportions. The styling combines a conventional scooter silhouette with modern LED lighting elements and a contemporary front-end design.

The electric scooter is available in four colour options: Matt Photon Gray Metallic, Pearl Precious White, Pearl Shallow Blue and Pearl Siren Blue. These options give buyers a choice between more understated and brighter finishes.

Honda QC3 vs Other Electric Scooters

The Honda QC3 enters a crowded Indian electric scooter market that includes models from manufacturers such as TVS, Ather, Ola Electric and other EV brands. Its 145km claimed IDC range, 32-litre storage capacity, connected TFT display and Rs 1.35 lakh price place it in a segment where customers are increasingly looking for a combination of range, practicality and technology.

The QC3 also strengthens Honda's broader electric strategy in India. The company already has the QC1 and Activa e:, while the new model provides customers with a higher-range option within Honda’s EV portfolio.

With the QC3, Honda aims to appeal to buyers who want an electric scooter for regular commuting but do not want to compromise on practical features. Its long claimed range, large storage compartment, connected display and charging capability make it a significant addition to Honda's growing electric two-wheeler lineup.

As the Indian EV market continues to expand, the Honda QC3 will face competition from established electric scooters as well as newer models entering the segment. Its performance in the market will depend not only on specifications and pricing but also on availability, charging infrastructure, ownership experience and Honda's ability to expand its electric scooter network across more Indian cities.
