The teaser has excited motorcycle lovers, as S6 is expected to be the second electric offering under the Flying Flea name after C6. The company will reveal more details about the motorcycle (technical specifications, market plans) at the international motorcycle exhibition coming up next month.
Flying Flea S6 Gets Scrambler-Inspired Styling
The Flying Flea S6 was first shown at EICMA 2025. The neo-retro styling of the Flying Flea C6 is replaced by a more rugged scrambler design intended to be more versatile on urban roads and occasionally rough terrain.
The motorcycle has a round LED headlamp, slim bodywork, a single-piece enduro-style seat, wider handlebars, and a high-mounted front fender. Knuckle guards and spoked wheels strengthen the adventure look.
One of the big differences between S6 and C6 is in suspension. The S6 gets conventional inverted front forks and a preload-adjustable rear monoshock instead of the C6’s girder-style front suspension.
The electric motorcycle also has a 19-inch front wheel and an 18-inch rear wheel. It will be equipped with dual-purpose tyres so it is better suited to uneven roads and light off-road riding.
Battery, Range and Performance: What to Expect
Royal Enfield has not revealed the complete technical specifications of the Flying Flea S6 yet. But it is believed to be based on the Flying Flea C6 and share key electric powertrain components with it.
For reference, the C6 has a 3.91 kWh battery pack and an IDC range of 154 km (claimed). The electric motor has 60 Nm peak torque, and the motorcycle has a claimed top speed of 115 kmph.
The S6 could have the same battery and performance specs (though the company has not confirmed this yet). Reports also say there’s a larger rear sprocket on the S6, which will help give it stronger acceleration than the C6.
The final range, charging performance and power output will become clearer when Royal Enfield releases the official specifications.
Features and Technology
The Flying Flea S6 is likely to have a similar technology package as the C6. This might include a 3.5-inch TFT touchscreen display (Bluetooth), turn-by-turn navigation, and call and SMS alerts.
Other expected features are 4G connectivity, OTA software updates, multiple riding modes (including off-road), traction control, cruise control, and dual-channel ABS. Some rider assistance and safety functions might be tweaked to suit S6's scrambler character.
However, these features should be treated as expected equipment until Royal Enfield confirms the final production specs.
Expected Launch and Price in India
The EICMA 2026 appearance will hopefully show us when and where the Flying Flea S6 will launch and how it fits into Royal Enfield’s electric plan. It seems likely to join the C6 in Royal Enfield’s expanding portfolio of EVs.
For reference, Flying Flea C6 is priced at ₹2.79 lakh (ex-showroom) in automotive reports. S6 could be positioned above the C6, but the final price has not been announced yet.
With its scrambler styling, spoked wheels, and revised suspension hardware, the Flying Flea S6 could be just what buyers are looking for if they want an electric motorcycle with a bit more personality. More details will emerge when Royal Enfield showcases it at EICMA 2026.
