The company is now committed to the launch date for the next generations of its smartphones, Moto G37 and Moto G37 Power, for India and their subsequent launches.
The two smartphones will make their India debut on May 19, in India and the company has already confirmed so much more in advance, a year ahead of release. Moto G37 series will further increase the company’s positioning for its budget 5G phones with features such as MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset and its Android 16 ecosystem, as well as its size with its huge battery cell pack.
Both devices will reportedly be available through Flipkart and Motorola’s official retail channels following deployment. One of the highlights of the next generation of devices is the new MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor being included in the Indian versions. One interesting point is that the global models of the phones debuted earlier with the Dimensity 6300 chipset, with the India models showing a slight performance improvement.
Both the Moto G37 and Moto G37 Power are confirmed to be shipped with Android 16 out of the box. Future Android updates and security support will be made available by Motorola as well. Motorola has been giving lots of attention to the Moto G37 Power because of the company's huge battery - it's estimated that on a single charge, its 7,000mAh battery can sustain you as long as three days of battery life.
The device should support 30W fast charging. Meanwhile, the standard Moto G37 could have a 5,200mAh battery and TurboPower charging features. Both mobile phones should feature a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD panel and a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and gaming.

Moreover, the Moto G37 Power will likely employ AI-powered camera functions and better selfie modes. Motorola also plans to have stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos support, Hi-Res Audio certification, expandable storage with RAM boost features up to 12GB.
The Moto G37 series from one manufacturer is set to rise to prominence among rivals in the sub-Rs 20,000 smartphone field, including Realme, Poco and Redmi, say industry analysts. Although official pricing has not been disclosed, the Indian market is likely to be treated with an aggressive budget for Motorola’s devices, media and retail reports believe.
The Moto G37 series seems to be aimed at a user ready for practical, everyday performance while providing a long battery life: big battery power, nice, clean Android software, and new top-notch processors.
