Tecno has expanded its budget smartphone portfolio in India with the launch of the Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro. With its high refresh rate display, large battery (as well as durable build) and Android 16 software, it is a great phone to have in your hands and its performance (the Spark Go 3 Pro) is just the stuff I’m looking for when I’m looking for a low-cost smartphone in my budget.
The Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro is a 6.78-inch HD+ IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate. The higher refresh rate is designed to make scrolling through social media feeds, browsing websites and navigating the user interface feel smoother. The large display also makes the smartphone suitable for watching videos, browsing content and carrying out everyday tasks.
The smartphone has MediaTek Helio G81 chipset under the hood. The processor is coupled with 4GB of RAM and there are 64GB and 128GB of storage options. So it is a smartphone for the everyday user, that uses a smartphone for social media, entertainment, communication and other daily applications. Users can also make use of Tecno software optimisation for a smooth interface.
One of the best features of the Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro is the 5,200mAh battery. The big battery provides enough energy for the extensive daily use of the device (video playback, browsing, social media and calls). 15W charging is available for the phone and it has the ability to charge the battery at the same time when needed.
On the camera front, the Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro has a 13-megapixel rear camera for photography and video recording. On the front there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The camera setup is for basic photography, selfies, video calls and social media content instead of competing with camera-centric smartphones in higher price segments.
Durability is another of Tecno’s efforts in this new device. The Spark Go 3 Pro has IP69 protection against dust and water with an IP69 rating which makes it more resistant against dust and water. It is also very useful for users looking for a smartphone that can handle the difficult and challenging everyday tasks by which to work with a smartphone. The device also has dual speakers with DTS audio, providing a better audio experience where you can listen to videos or listen to music.
The smartphone runs on Android 16. It provides a modern Android software experience for buyers. Tecno also includes things like an IR blaster and AI Voiceprint Noise Cancellation to help with voice clarity during calls by reducing unwanted background noise.
The Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro supports 4G and dual-SIM for connectivity. The inclusion of an IR blaster also offers additional utility to the phone as compatible home appliances and electronics can be controlled using such a smartphone.

Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro is available for ₹15,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage version and ₹16,999 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage version. The smartphone will be available on 4th September 2026 with online and offline sales.
