Off the inside walls of Mandoli Jail, scam artist Sukesh Chandrashekhar is also engaged in his grand gesture in high-profile romantic fashion. On Valentine’s Day 14 February 2026, Sukesh wrote further sentimental love letter to Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez, claiming to have ‘gifted’ her a luxury Airbus H-Series helicopter. This comes after lavish (unverified) presents in recent years, including a Gulfstream private jet in 2025, and a luxury yacht in 2024.
A Letter from Behind "Iron Bars"
In his handwritten-style note sent to "My Baby Bomma Jacqueline," Sukesh expressed the pain of not being with her any longer. He talked about feeling nostalgia for the actress. The fact that she is not around makes him feel “like a man lost in the desert,” he said.
- The Dramatic Gift: Sukesh said the new helicopter is “sleek and super luxurious,” including custom interiors with her initials “JF” carved into every part.
- The Justification: The gift, he added, was meant to assist her in “soaring above Mumbai’s chaotic traffic” and enabling her to access remote film sets smoothly.
- Claims of Legality: Anticipating the legal inquiries the Enforcement Directorate (ED) would have to make, Sukesh maintained in the letter that the helicopter had been bought out of his “hard-earned money” and not from any proceeds of crime.
Comparing Legendary Love Stories
Sukesh drew comparisons drawn from the greatest love epics in history when he wrote about his relationship with Jacqueline, inciting a debate on social media.
“If love stories are penned in this world today, then ours ought to be,” he wrote, comparing the love stories to Romeo and Juliet, Laila and Majnu and Antony and Cleopatra.
He also pledged the actress that the “storm” of legal strife would soon melt away and promised to “restore the peace” she deserves. Jacqueline Fernandez, who has repeatedly denied his allegations of a relationship and accused him of harassment and intimidation, has made no public response to this latest letter.
The Ongoing Legal Saga
Sukesh Chandrashekhar is presently the leading accused in a ₹200-crore extortion case involving the wife of a former Ranbaxy promoter. Jacqueline Fernandez has been named as an accused in the supplementary charge sheet of the ED. Authorities claim she is a beneficiary of the luxury items purchased with extorted money.
