Pawan Kalyan has once again shown his compassionate side by fulfilling the last wish of a teenage fan with a terminal illness. Kalyan traveled from Andhra Pradesh to Telangana’s Hanumakonda to visit Niranjan’s humble home for 45 minutes where he sat with the boy and his parents.
Kalyan hugged Niranjan and offered him a sacred cloth and prasadam from the revered Tirumala Temple. He also helped in financial support by giving ₹1 lakh to cover his medical expenses. Kalyan later that evening sent Niranjan two of his cherished wishes—a pet dog and an iPad—on to his home.
With the teenager’s courage and positivity despite his struggle, Kalyan prayed at a local temple in Hanumakonda. Niranjan’s strength and spirit were stronger than illness and that was something that struck a chord with people, he said, and that was something that everyone who was in the room.
The heartfelt gesture caused a wave of goodwill in the Telugu film industry and the fans who came in. Inspired by Kalyan’s act, producer Bandla Ganesh donated ₹5 lakhs to Niranjan’s family, demonstrating the community’s compassion towards the family.
For Niranjan and his family, it wasn’t just meeting a star he came to admire—it was a moment to meet one of the people and be loved, to be supported and held in a place of dignity to help them. For Kalyan, it was just another example of his close bond with fans which would ensure his reputation as a great actor and a humanitarian with his relationship with them.
