Actress Rashmika Mandanna is once again back in the headlines on social media after a viral and funny incident during the promotional events for her upcoming Hindi film Cocktail 2.
The actress inadvertently used an explicit English word while on stage, complimenting co-star Kriti Sanon, leaving the audience in stitches and sending the video quickly online. Cocktail 2’s grand song launch event on Sunday night, May 17 (before the release of the film on June 19) brought much interest on social media.
The movie’s cast, Rashmika Mandanna, Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, attended the event. Rashmika on stage was visibly hyped and lively throughout these discussions about Kriti Sanon’s appearance and performance in the movie.
And when praising her co-star, Rashmika says, “Everyone knows you look very hot… you are really F****** hot,” using the explicit word in front of the crowd and media. The actress immediately realised what she had said and quickly covered her mouth with her hand in embarrassment.

She then apologised on stage and requested the organisers to mute the word. She said, “Please forgive me! Silence that word.” The unguarded moment had the audience giggling in support, and fans cheered on Rashmika for her ‘spontaneous, unplanned’ outpouring.
Videos of the scene quickly spread on social media, going viral, with supporters dubbing the moment “cute,” “funny”, and “unfiltered.” Rashmika continued talking about the film despite the awkward mistake and expressed confidence in the project. She said the whole team had worked hard to make each scene visually magical and emotionally engaging. “We have all performed wonderfully in this movie.
