Bengaluru: In Bengaluru’s most shocking incident in recent months, an 11-month-old baby girl was critically injured after her father allegedly threw her down during a heated argument at a naming ceremony in a wedding hall where family had gathered to celebrate the child’s naming ceremony, and she was seen lying on the floor, according to relatives.
According to initial information, the ceremony was scheduled between 9:30 am and 10:30 am, the ritual time of the day. The father was supposedly at the venue well before the scheduled time. His wife and her parents arrived at the function hall later than expected.
