BJP leaders and workers at Lal Chowk, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir staged a protest at the Ghanta Ghar and raised the issue of unemployment and the allegations of corruption under the Omar Abdullah-led government.
The demonstration brought BJP workers together at one of Srinagar’s most prominent public places.
Protesters used the meeting to hold criticism of the administration and highlight issues they said were affecting people across Jammu & Kashmir.
Unemployment was one of the main concerns at the protest. BJP members said young people in the area still have difficulty finding suitable employment opportunities.
