The alleged perpetrator has been arrested, and authorities have initiated a full investigation to discover the full extent of the events that occurred.
The gravity of this situation took hold when the girl's parents noticed a drastic and worrying change in their child’s behavior. Shaken up by this change, they approached her with gentle inquiries, and the girl disclosed to her mother that a “bad uncle” was giving her chocolate. Because the young girl was unable to identify the accused, school officials showed her images and video footage from that time period to help her identify the individual. According to police evidence, the accused had used chocolates to entice the nursery student into a relationship and had touched the child inappropriately. CCTV footage in the first investigation apparently caught the man walking around the school grounds with chocolates in his pocket, which also implicates him in the alleged crimes.
As the investigation played out, police discovered the accused had been following the child when she walked into the washroom area and had offered her chocolate before attacking her in a secluded part of the school. Once the man was identified, school officials immediately went to the police and filed a formal case and began a larger investigation.

The accused has been employed as a cab driver for the private school for eight months, so investigators are looking at his history and work history and whether there is a previous incident or complaint that could be relevant to the present investigation.
