Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal has expressed gratitude to Union Home Minister Amit Shah for contacting her to inquire about the health of SAD chief Sukhbir Singh Badal after an attack on him inside a Guru Ghar in Maharashtra.
Harsimrat Kaur Badal thanked the Union Home Minister for his personal concern and for reassurance to the family following the incident. She also welcomed the assurance that an effective investigation would be carried out into what she described as a deeply painful incident.
