The wait for nearly seven lakh students is almost over. The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) is expected to announce the Karnataka 2nd PUC (Class 12) Result 2026 within the next few days. And the government's digital document wallet, DigiLocker, has officially updated its platform, saying that the results will be available “soon”.
The 2nd PUC examinations (late March) were conducted in 1,100+ centers in the state. As the evaluation process reaches its final stages, the education department is reportedly finalizing the toppers' list and pass percentage statistics for the Science, Commerce, and Arts streams.
DigiLocker: A Faster Way to Access Results
DigiLocker confirmed its digital marksheet partnership with KSEAB through social media and an update on its official website.
Good news for Karnataka students! KSEAB Class XII 2026 results will be available soon on DigiLocker. You can get your digital certificates instantly upon release,” the platform said.
Using DigiLocker is often recommended to avoid the heavy traffic that typically crashes the official results website (karresults.nic.in) in the first hour of the announcement. Digital marksheets downloaded via DigiLocker are legally valid and can be used for immediate college admissions.

Key Statistics to Watch
Last year, the 2nd PUC results showed an overall pass percentage of over 81% with girl students consistently outperforming boys. This year, education experts are monitoring students' performance in the competency-based question format.
Post-Result Procedures
Students who are not satisfied with their scores will be able to apply for re-evaluation or scanned copies of their answer scripts shortly after the result is declared. KSEAB will also make the exam 2 (Supplementary) schedule available for students who would like to get better grades or failed in certain subjects.
Stay tuned for the announcement on date and time, which is to be made by the Primary and Secondary Education Minister later this week.
