Stray Dogs Bring Human Head to Cricket Ground; Police Trace Remains to Railway Accident

Bengalore suburbs residents were shocked to learn of a severed human head in a cricket ground and panic and speculation about a possible murder took place in Bengaluru suburbs.

The horrific discovery was made when stray dogs walking around in the neighborhood appeared to have what looked like human remains, officials said. The police rushed to the scene and took them for forensic examination.

Initially, the case was viewed as a possible homicide since of the discovery. The severed head in a public place caused fear in the neighborhood, and people in the neighborhood thought that a violent crime had occurred.

Police collected more evidence from the area and from other places as the investigation went on. They eventually came to a railway track that was not far from the cricket ground and found more human remains.

From initial investigations, officers believed that the victim had died due to a train accident. They believe the man was struck by a moving train, causing death and dismemberment. Stray dogs are believed to have dragged the severed head from the railway track to the nearby cricket ground after the accident.

Police said there wasn’t any evidence at this time that the death was the result of murder or any other criminal activity. Forensic investigators have since sent the remains for a post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death and help determine the victim’s identity.

They are also investigating missing persons reports and collecting forensic evidence to establish who the victim was and to notify the family. The investigation is ongoing until all legal and medical procedures are complete.

The incident has raised concerns about safety near railway tracks and highlighted the challenges faced by authorities when accident sites are accessed by stray animals.

It has also led to discussion about how we can better protect railway property and improve the security of accident scenes.

Though there’s no evidence of any illegal activity at this point, residents are shocked by the discovery.
