According to initial information, the patient, a resident of the district, had been admitted to the private hospital after a serious medical condition had developed a few days earlier. Hospital authorities had assured the family that the patient was receiving the necessary treatment and was under medical supervision, the family said.

But the patient was said to have deteriorated suddenly during treatment. Family members said they immediately notified doctors and nurses of the patient’s condition and asked for immediate medical care. But they said emergency care was delayed.

The relatives have alleged medical negligence by doctors and hospital staff, who didn’t respond in time and didn’t give proper emergency treatment. They also contend that the patient was not given medicine and timely monitoring to prevent the death.

After the death, emotions ran high as grieving relatives and supporters rallied at the hospital. Some people are being blamed for destroying property and attempting to set fire to the hospital’s reception counter; we can believe this at the protest. With the people of the hospital at the scene, it was chaotic, and it was so bad that they all left the hospital, and the people who were there were in panic.

Police personnel went to the site immediately after the disturbance was reported. They quickly extinguished the fire before it spread even further and brought the situation under control. Emergency services were temporarily suspended in the hospital, and hospital staff were evacuated while the patient and medical personnel were kept safe.

Further police forces were placed around the hospital to prevent further violence and maintain law and order. The crowd dispersed, and the property and the premises were also secured, police said.

At this time, medical negligence allegations have not been officially verified. Police have made a case regarding the violence and property damage; the circumstances of the patient's death will be assessed in the right legal and medical way.

Health Department officials may also seek reports from the hospital on the treatment provided to the patient. If any negligence is found, further action can be taken.

We are asking the population to remain calm and allow the investigation to proceed, officials have said. The public should allow the investigation to proceed.

The incident is a reminder of the necessity of transparent medical investigation when negligence allegations are brought up in medical examinations and of the need for an investigation to be conducted as a matter of law rather than violence. Details of the investigation will be released once there is a preliminary investigation is done, the authorities said.
