Prowlle of doom and gloom: In the mix of chaos, a photo of Karnataka Rakshana Vedike (KRV) President Narayana Gowda visiting host Kichcha Sudeep’s home has circulated extensively and the rumor mill is very crowded.
With contestants Gilli Nata, Ashwini Gowda, Rakshita Shetty, Kavya Shaiva, Dhanush and Mutant Raghu making it to the finale week, tensions run high. Once the photo of Narayana Gowda and Sudeep was disclosed, rumors of KRV visiting Sudeep to lobby or take part in the outcomes for finalist Ashwini Gowda began circulating on social media.
Clarification from KRV Dharmanna
To bring an end to the “misinformation campaign,” KRV leader Dharmanna speaks to the media (TV9) to clarify what the actual intention of the visit was. He told the media once more that it had nothing to do with Bigg Boss Kannada and he said it was a private meeting.
Narayana Gowda visited Sudeep’s house for personal reasons; he invited the star to his son’s upcoming wedding. "The people of the state have seen for a month that Narayana Gowda has been inviting many dignitaries, including the Chief Minister, various ministers, and artists, to his son's wedding. Sudeep had asked him to come yesterday, and accordingly, the invitation was delivered," said Dharmanna.
Backlash Against Troll Pages
Dharmanna said he was disappointed by how troll pages and “opponents” of both Sudeep and Narayana Gowda had warped a personal gesture into political or reality-show conspiracy. “Shameful,” he said, referring to the practice of using a photo of a wedding invitation to disseminate fake news.
The Grand Finale Fever
Then the debate was over, yet the "Gilli Hawa" (craze for Gilli Nata) continues to fill social media with its aftermath. So too, is the idea that many viewers now think Gilli Nata has good cause to snatch up the trophy because of what he put in over the course of the season. The Grand Finale of Bigg Boss Kannada 12 will be on the 17th and 18th of January, where the winner will finally be crowned.
