On the night that Bigg Boss Kannada finishes its high-stakes finale week, the heat inside the house is starting to boil over. It's basically just the Top 7 following Rashika Shetty's heartbreaking departure from the contestants. Yet at a dramatic twist, only one contestant has secured a guaranteed spot in the grand finale so far; the other contestants will endure a long, grueling mid-week eviction.
Dhanush Gowda
Dhanush Gowda has completed the “Ticket to Top 6” assignment with speed and cunning. Not only is Dhanush now the first confirmed finalist of the season, but he far eclipses his housemates as well. With immunity from this particular nomination process, he can passively watch everyone else struggling for survival in the house—some who are more determined than others to survive than they ever thought possible.
Six Contestants in the Danger Zone
Now that Dhanush is safe, the last six contestants are officially nominated and facing the verdict of the public: The stakes are much higher; the mid-week elimination will determine who makes it to the final stage and who doesn’t even step a hair above the trophy.
Mid-Week Eviction Nominated Contestants:
- Gilli Nata (Malavalli Nataraj)
- Rakshita Shetty
- Kavya Shaiya
- Dhruvanth
- Raghu (Raghavendra)
- Ashwini Gowda
The Mid-Week Twist: Tuesday Night Elimination
Unlike the weekly weekend evictions hosted by Kiccha Sudeep, this week is called a "Mid-Week Shock." Voting lines on the JioCinema (previously JioHotstar) app will remain open until Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 6pm. It is scheduled for elimination late Tuesday night and is most likely to air Wednesday, January 14.
How Voting Works This Week
Keep in mind to vote only for the midweek eviction to determine the Top 6. Once the evicted contestant departs Wednesday, the voting lines will reset for the Grand Finale, when fans will vote one final time to select the ultimate winner in Bigg Boss Kannada 12.
