Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC) – where thousands of followers, many of whom regard Guru Raghavendra Swamy as their true deity – extended a positive note to the faithful. Aside from it, the overwhelming majority of pilgrims headed from Bengaluru to the sacred town of Mantralaya, located on the border of Andhra Pradesh, are uniquely served an opportunity for an elaborate tour of the state from KSTDC (Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation), specifically aimed at the pilgrims to enjoy it along its path to enlightenment. Mantralaya is still one of South India's most visited pilgrimage spots, especially from Karnataka. It’s a separate package and these devotionalists can now schedule their visit on a confirmation-based travel schedule and darshan diary every week.
Tour Frequency and Itinerary
It is scheduled to be in force twice a week, with departures each Wednesday and each Friday. Devotees must now plan both a quick and detailed itinerary to finish up the pilgrimage to the temple and travel safely within 24 hours back to the city.

08:00 PM delivery is from KSTDC office Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru. Travellers will take an AC/Deluxe bus for an overnight trip to Mantralaya.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
KSTDC’s plan statement mentions how the company has a flexible cancellation policy which allows it to change the payment rate in its travel itineraries on an arbitrary scale whenever the rates suddenly change.
- 48 hours prior to departure: 10% off this fare.
- 24 hours before departure: 25% off the fare.
- Within 24 hours of departure: No refund.
How to Book?
Those belonging to the package and recent bookers are encouraged to reserve their seats via official KSTDC portal or their bookers’ counters at Yeshwanthpur or Badami House (Corporation Circle). Motivated by the “Rayara Darshana” craze, particularly on Thursdays (Guruvara), travelers are advised to book at least a week in advance. It will reduce the burden on transportation of elderly and families, as logistics between these two states are an obstacle.
