Jawa Motorcycles has launched its All Stars range with the launch of the Jawa 42 Bobber All Stars in India. The new edition provides the most up-to-date visual identity for the single-seater motorcycle and has new colour schemes and graphics and All Stars branding. The motorcycle was launched at the Global Chess League 2026 and targets a retro-styled motorcycle with a bobber-like design.
The Jawa 42 Bobber All Stars starts at Rs 2.09 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for Mystic Copper. Depending on the colour, it ranges around Rs 2.20 lakh for the Black Mirror version. The latest edition features a clear styling change but Jawa has retained the mechanical package, so customers will not get an engine upgrade with this update.
Jawa 42 Bobber All Stars: Price and Colours
The new Jawa 42 Bobber All Stars will be available in five colors: Mystic Copper, Jasper Red, Shadow Black, Silver Knight and Black Mirror. Mystic Copper is the entry-level option and Black Mirror is the top of the range.
The price in Delhi is around Rs 2.09 lakh for Mystic Copper, Rs 2.16 lakh for Jasper Red, Rs 2.18 lakh for Silver Knight and Shadow Black, and Rs 2.20 lakh for Black Mirror, but the exact price varies around the report because of how it is rounded.
Two of the colour schemes, Shadow Black and Silver Knight, are new to the range. The Shadow Black version is darker, understated, with chessboard-like graphics and contrasting blue highlights, while Silver Knight is more striking. The themes will add to the All Stars identity and its association with the Global Chess League.
Design And Styling
The Jawa 42 Bobber has always stood out from other motorcycles due to its low-slung bobber shape. The All Stars version retains the floating-style single seat, muscular fuel tank, wide handlebar, round headlamp and twin exhaust.
The styling update is mainly paint schemes and graphics rather than a major redesign. The new Shadow Black colour is now dark grey with tank and body panels and prominent ‘42’ graphics and All Stars branding. Silver Knight has a matte silver finish and chequered graphics inspired by chess and motorsport.
The All Stars edition therefore gives the motorcycle a fresher look without changing the basic character that has made the 42 Bobber distinctive in the Indian premium motorcycle market.
Engine And Performance
With the new design, the motorcycle retains the classic 334cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. The motor produces around 29.9 PS of maximum power at 7,500rpm and 30Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
Jawa has not made mechanical changes to the All Stars edition. That means no engine, transmission, or major performance enhancement for this model compared to the 42 Bobber. The new model is currently being marketed to customers who want the existing motorcycle with a better look.
Features And Hardware
The motorcycle still has a standard telescopic front fork and rear monoshock setup. Braking is done by disc brakes at both ends and dual-channel ABS is available for added safety. The motorcycle also maintains its single-pod digital instrument console with information such as speed, engine revs, fuel level and trip data. A USB charging facility is also available.
The low seat height of around 740mm makes the motorcycle relatively accessible for riders who prefer a lower riding position. Its kerb weight is reported to be 177kg.
