The centre is located in Knowledge City, Madhapur, and adds to Tesla’s existing facilities in Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Bengaluru. The Hyderabad launch is seen as a strategic move to expand Tesla’s reach in South India, where demand for premium EVs is steadily rising.

The centre is filled with Tesla’s latest products, including the Model Y Premium Rear‑Wheel Drive and the Model Y L. The Premium RWD model for ₹50.89 lakh has a range of up to 500 km and goes from 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds. The Model Y L is priced at ₹61.99 lakh and it has a range of 681 km, six seats, and enhanced cargo space. The delivery of both models is planned for July 2026.

Tesla has also set up after-sales support in Hyderabad’s Bollaram Industrial Area to offer customer service as well. The company is also looking to expand its charging infrastructure in major Indian cities, including Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. At present, Tesla has over 81,000 superchargers worldwide, and India is expected to be a more significant part of that global network.

Visiting the Experience Centre will be a great experience for visitors to learn about Tesla vehicles and all their advanced features. Tesla's India lineup includes AI‑driven self-driving support and digital upgrades such as ‘Grok block’ to offer a futuristic driving experience. Bookings are available online, with EMI options starting at ₹39,990 for RWD and ₹49,990 for L.

While Tesla’s pricing is relatively high in the luxury EV space, the brand attracts wealthy consumers who demand cutting-edge technology and sustainability. However, there is competition from BYD, MG, and Tata Motors, and Tesla’s global reputation and innovation edge make it an effective brand.

The Hyderabad Experience Centre marks a milestone in Tesla’s India journey. By integrating premium EV offerings with service and charging infrastructure, Tesla is positioning itself as a leader in India's electric mobility landscape and as an integral part of the nation's drive toward cleaner and smarter transport.
