Disney has now aggressively expanded its business presence in India through the leasing of almost 1.75 lakh square feet of office space in Bengaluru’s prime commercial center, Bellandur. The company secured 1,74,959 sq ft on the sixth and seventh floors of RMZ Ecoworld Series 20, a premium Grade-A commercial building located along the city’s busy Outer Ring Road (ORR) corridor.
The five-year lease, which started on February 1, 2026, reflects the long-standing need for institutional quality office assets from multinationals in India’s largest office market. According to registration documents accessed through realty data analytics platform Propstack, Disney India will pay a monthly rental of about ₹2.01 crore which would be ₹115 per sq ft per month.
It will also have a security deposit of about ₹12.07 crore and a rental escalation clause of 15 per cent every three years. The total rental commitment over the five-year lease tenure is estimated at approximately ₹127.84 crore.
