A movie that isn’t spectacle as much as emotion and character and story, with its haunting visuals and grounded storytelling ethos, the trailer teases the story. In addition to it being directed and giving direction, which as demonstrated in the movie directed by Sunil Pandey along with Sneha Desai and Spandan Mishra, Ek Din has a creative team who strive for a realistic cinematic journey. The work behind that is done by Mansoor Khan, Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit, thereby solidifying expectation of the project.
There are lots of happy, though painful, highs and lows, as well as ruminations in the trailer, so it is clear the whole concept would be about decisions which will literally alter your life. Characters themselves seem so mundane at the moment but then suddenly there are very odd feelings happening to them and their life changes in a big way.
