The actress was also required to pay the stamp duty of ₹5.24 lakh and registration fee of ₹30,000 to make the purchase. The apartment has an area of approximately 2,153 square feet and a balcony of about 127 square feet, plenty of living space along with views to take advantage of. The buyer purchases two car parking units in addition to the residential unit, providing another convenience in a heavily used urban area such as Versova.
Godrej Skyshore the project is envisioned on land of over 27,000 square feet. A luxury housing development, it will be made up of two residential towers Tower A and Tower B which have five basement levels, ground floor and 24 upper floors. It consists of 126 residential units which are specifically designed for the wealthy people searching for a contemporary housing amenity in the region.
Versova has long been the focus of actors and movie-showbusinessers who can visit studio complexes near Versova and to the coast, and also of key commercial centers. The investment also highlights why the region remains appealing as a luxury residential draw.
