In the clip, the man explains his predicament as the police ask the crowd to move back. He says that if people move backwards, other police officers will hit them, while moving forward towards the parade will get them pushed back by the officer managing the crowd.

The officer then playfully asks him to look at the parade and name his favourite display. The man replies that none of them are good enough and says he should be made Chief Minister because he would make the displays more beautiful.

He then says that police should be sitting on top of some building, perhaps a seating area for everyone viewing the parade, and adds that in this sun, sir, you should be sitting at least under an umbrella

The exchange gets even funnier when another person asks what he would do if he became Chief Minister. Without hesitation, the man replies that he would make alcohol free, leaving those around him laughing.

The clip captures a humorous moment amid the crowds and the challenges of finding space at a major public gathering. Interactions like these show how ordinary people find moments of happiness and humour even when they are packed tightly together and struggling to get a clear view of the celebrations. The man is also exceptionally good at his tone and the jokes.
