The Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (BESCOM) and the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) have announced planned power outages in areas of the city due to emergency maintenance and infrastructure works.
According to officials, the temporary shutdown is necessary to facilitate critical maintenance activities aimed at improving the reliability and efficiency of the power distribution network.
