More videos of the clash between two women, police Sub-Inspector Savitha B. Patil and Aishwarya, daughter of BJP MLA B. Suresh Gowda, have emerged and have brought to light the situation at Arathi Ukkada temple in Srirangapatna, Mandya. The latest visuals are being circulated as police are still investigating what really happened there and why.
The incident took place at Bhima Amavasya celebrations in the presence of large numbers of devotees who gathered in the temple. Savitha Patil was deployed for security and crowd control, and officials were trying to control the movement of people and keep them in check, the report said.
