A frightening incident in Dharwad has led to fears of the growing stray dog menace after a group of stray dogs attacked a man who collapsed unconscious on a road at Sangam Circle, a victim of a suspected attack after drinking too much, in a video caught by a CCTV camera installed at a bar in the area, for almost half an hour.
The victim, a resident of Lakshmi Shinganakeri Colony, had drunk alcohol before he lost consciousness and fell on the roadside. Several stray dogs came and began attacking him, he said.
Terrifying Attack Captured On CCTV
The disturbing incident occurred in Sangam Circle in Dharwad. CCTV footage from a bar in that area captured the frightening sequence of the dogs attacking the helpless man while he remained unconscious on the road.

The injuries caused by the dog bites were treated by doctors, and the incident was brought to the attention of the authorities.
