Gorakhpur-Delhi Amrit Bharat Express Gets Approval: Full Route, Stops and Schedule

The Railway Board has approved regularisation of the Gorakhpur-Delhi Amrit Bharat Express as a new direct rail link between eastern Uttar Pradesh and the national capital. The service will run as train numbers 15095 and 15096 weekly with the first departure from Gorakhpur on August 27 and the return journey from Delhi on August 28.

The new Amrit Bharat Express will be particularly beneficial for passengers travelling between Gorakhpur and Delhi, particularly those from several districts of Uttar Pradesh on the route. The service will connect key railway stations of Khalilabad, Basti, Gonda, Burhwal, Sitapur, Bareilly, Moradabad and Ghaziabad before reaching Delhi.

Train number 15095 Gorakhpur-Delhi Amrit Bharat Express will be operated from Gorakhpur towards Delhi. The train leaves from Gorakhpur at 10:45 PM on Thursday and will reach Delhi at 12:50 PM on the next day.

On the return journey, train number 15096 Delhi-Gorakhpur Amrit Bharat Express will leave Delhi at 2:00 PM on Friday and arrive at Gorakhpur around 6:25 to 6:30 AM the next day.
